AI agent system build

AI agents built around the people who own the work.

The Build is one of four routes from the roadmap. It starts from the same baseline as every engagement, and we recommend it only when the work passes our build-fit check.

Your people augment what they can do and get to the work they never had time for, with their judgment in charge. We design AI agents as tools for the people who own the work: each one performs the tasks you choose, within the rules you set, with an independent check on its work and the governance built in. Your people set it up in your own accounts and hold every credential, and we design, guide and verify without ever signing in.

Multiply what you and your team can accomplish, with AI agents you control. Your teams augment what they deliver, inside your governance, with every agent scoped to the tasks you define, its work checked, and the room it has to act set by you, area by area, as the controls prove out.

How It Runs

The work moves. You set the rules.

In the design, you decide what each agent does, what it may finish on its own and what a person signs off before it goes out. An independent check grades the work against your standard either way, and the room each agent has can widen area by area as the controls prove out. Judgment stays human. Throughput scales.

Work · Check · Your Rules · Done

The Organization's Second Brain

What your organization learns, it keeps.

Every client, session, playbook and decision stays connected and searchable. A correction becomes a standing rule, so a lesson learned once is there for everyone who needs it.

It all lives in plain files in accounts your organization owns: portable, inspectable and yours.

Three Builds. One Standard.

Sized to your organization. Built to the same bar.

Every build includes the same core, whatever size you start at: a coordinator that routes the tasks, an independent check that grades the work, and a memory that keeps what your business learns. Those three come standard, because they are what make the rest dependable: tools that work together, rather than a pile of disconnected ones. All three come in the first tier, not as upgrades: a Foundation build has the same coordinator, check and memory as a Summit build.

Tier 01

Foundation

The core spine, plus AI agents for the tasks you choose to start with, each defined by what it does and whose work it extends. Approvals: one accountable leader.

Tier 02

Ascent

Every function covered, with your systems of record connected to the agents that use them. Approvals: one accountable leader, across every function.

Tier 03

Summit

Authority shared across leaders, each with an approval lane, access and training of their own. Approvals: your leaders, each in their own lane.

Every build has a finish line. When the build is designed, verified and running, it is done and you own everything in it. Care plans are available after handover.

Where we recommend a build.

We recommend a build where the work is landing on stretched leaders or not getting done at all, and only when it passes our build-fit check.

Plain English

What an AI agent is, as we build it.

An AI agent, as we build it, is a tool that extends what the person who owns the work can do. It performs a defined set of tasks, within a defined scope, by written rules, and the person who owns the work stays accountable for the result. What it may do on its own, and what a person signs off, is set by you in the design, and that room can widen one area at a time as the controls prove out.

One example

Say inquiries arrive all week. The agent designed for that work performs one set of tasks: read each inquiry, pull the relevant history and prepare a reply in the business's own voice. What it may do on its own is decided in the design, to your specifications. One business might have it send routine answers, quote its published prices and offer open appointment times; another might have every reply go to a person first. Either way, the person who owns that work sets the rules and decides what is right, and the agent carries the volume.

Our standard

The Modern Leverage Imprint™.

The Imprint™ is what makes an agent yours: your brand, your voice, your values, the tasks it performs, the procedures, the standing rules and the memory practices, loaded into every agent before it does any work. It answers a complaint we hear often: AI keeps forgetting.

Everything else is designed to your specifications.

No two builds are the same, because no two businesses work the same way. A design stage maps how work actually moves through your business, and you decide which tasks the agents perform, what each may do on its own and what a person signs off. Nothing comes pre-built.

So the number varies.

A client might need 6, or 12, or more. The number is an outcome of the design, not a package anyone is sold. What matters is which work the agents carry, not how many there are.
