Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect through modern-leverage.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Modern Leverage LLC is a Georgia limited liability company. We build AI agent organizations and provide AI and business advisory and consulting services.
What this policy covers
This policy covers information collected through our website and through the business communications that follow — email, scheduling, and intake forms. It does not cover the confidential material a client provides during an engagement. That is governed by the mutual non-disclosure agreement and the client services agreement signed at the start of every engagement, both of which are more protective than this policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you complete an intake form, send an email, or book a conversation, we receive what you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you tell us about your business and what you are trying to solve.
Information collected automatically. Our site runs Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records page views, referring site, approximate country, and browser type in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not store anything on your device, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites.
What we do not collect. We do not run advertising pixels, session recording, heat mapping, or cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not buy personal information from data brokers. And we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Sensitive and regulated information
We do not request protected health information, and our client agreements require that it stays inside the client’s own systems. Our delivery model is built for that: we work inside a client’s environment, on the client’s accounts, and we hold no client credentials at any time.
Where regulated or privileged information nonetheless reaches us incidentally — in correspondence, shared documents, or a meeting recording — we treat it at our highest sensitivity level, we do not copy it into any system of record, and we meet the obligations that attach to it, including entering a business associate agreement where one applies.
Meeting recording and transcription
When we meet by video, we use Fireflies.ai to record the conversation and produce a transcript and a summary, so that attention stays on the conversation instead of on note-taking.
You are told before it happens, three separate ways: participants receive an email notice ahead of the meeting, the tool announces itself in the room, and we mention it at the start.
Recordings and transcripts are used to prepare your recap and your deliverables. We do not share them outside Modern Leverage, do not sell them, and never use them as an example with another client. Fireflies states that it does not use meeting content to train artificial intelligence models and contractually prohibits its vendors from doing so.
If you would prefer that a session not be recorded, tell us and we will not record it. You may also ask us to delete the recording and transcript of any session you took part in, and we will.
How we use it
We use what you give us to reply to you, to understand whether we are the right fit for your business, to deliver services you engage us for, to send invoices and administer the relationship, and to send occasional updates if you have asked for them. We use the aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you. We do not build systems that score, rank, or predict people, for ourselves or for clients.
How we share it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small set of service providers to run the business, and your information may pass through them for that purpose only:
- Google Workspace, for email, calendar, and documents
- Microsoft OneDrive, for file storage
- HubSpot, for customer relationship records
- Fireflies.ai, for meeting recording and transcription
- Stripe, for invoicing and payment processing, which handles card and bank details directly so that we never hold them
- Cloudflare, for website hosting and analytics
Each of these providers is bound by its own terms and handles your information on our instructions. Beyond them, we disclose personal information only when the law requires it, or when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep business correspondence and client records for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so that we can answer questions about work we performed and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete information we hold about you and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we will.
How we protect it
Business information is stored in cloud services protected by multi-factor authentication. Company devices use full-disk encryption and a firewall. Data moves over encrypted connections. We maintain a written information security policy and a documented recovery procedure, and we hold no client credentials at any time — clients keep their own keys, by design.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will tell you and any regulator entitled to know, as promptly as the circumstances allow.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send the request to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. We will not charge you for it and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works. Cloudflare Web Analytics has no opt-out to offer because there is nothing tied to you to opt out of.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and post the new version here. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
