Multiply what your people accomplish.
We help leadership teams turn AI into measurable value: the right decisions, the governance to run it safely, and the adoption to make it stick. We built our own AI agent system first, so we advise from operating experience.
Evaluate·Decide·Roadmap·Realize
The organizations putting AI to work well are pulling ahead now.
Organizations get the payoff from AI when they change how decisions and work run, measured from where they stand, not when a tool is bought.
Complexity quietly taxes growth.
It slows decisions, pulls people in different directions and buries the few moves that would change the most. Your people are already working hard. The question is which actions will produce results far larger than the effort or cost required, and that is the question Modern Leverage is built to answer.
We believe the advantage goes to organizations whose people use AI to multiply what they do best.
One engagement, from where you really stand to the moves worth making.
We start with where your business really stands with AI: your people and processes, your technology and data, and your operations and governance. We agree where you want to go and what matters most, build the strategy to get there, and, for the term we agree, support delivery and measure what it returns.
Decide produces your Leverage Map™: the few moves worth making, ranked, and the ones set aside with a reason. Roadmap produces the Leverage Report™, a focused decision document your leadership team can act on: a clear roadmap sized to the business, not a report that sits on a shelf.
Four stages. You decide at each one.
Evaluate is where every engagement begins, whatever the size of the organization. Each stage hands the next one everything it needs.
-
STAGE 01
Evaluate
We read where the business really stands: how AI is used today, the people and processes, the technology and data, and the operations and governance. We agree what matters most and the one constraint holding the rest back, and we put a range on the money at stake. That read becomes the one baseline everything after it builds on.
-
STAGE 02
Decide
We widen the list of possible moves, sort each one by what it would change in the work, and weigh them on value, effort, speed to proof and the cost of waiting. A few survive. The rest go on a written “not now, not AI” list, each with a reason. The result is your Leverage Map™.
Leverage Map™ -
STAGE 03
Roadmap
We turn the chosen moves into a sequenced roadmap: an owner for every move, governance sized to the business, the training each role needs, and the baseline each move is measured against. It arrives as the Leverage Report™ and names the route that will deliver it.
Leverage Report™ -
STAGE 04
Realize
The work moves by the route that fits, and progress is reviewed against the baseline set in Evaluate, from adoption through to business value. A Momentum Check-In follows the roadmap in every engagement.
At the end of Evaluate, you decide whether to go on.

Advisory →The roadmap names the route. You choose it.
Every roadmap ends by naming how the work should be delivered. The route follows the work, and our own build is recommended only when the work passes our build-fit check.
We built ours first.
We built our own AI agent system first, and we use it every day. An independent check grades the work before it moves, a correction becomes a standing rule, and a person decides what goes out. Every method we recommend runs in our own firm first. What that gives you is advice already worked through in daily practice, including where AI helps and where it gets in the way.

A Person
Decides what goes out
AI replaces tasks, not people.
That is our position, and the order of the words matters. Every agent we build is a tool designed to extend what a person can do, and the decision stays with a person wherever your rules say it does.
Where we stand on AI and people.
We believe AI should multiply what people accomplish, and that judgment belongs with the people accountable for it. We built our own firm that way. Every role and every decision in it stays with a person, and AI agents are the tools we work with. No humans were displaced. We used AI to augment our firm, and every external action still gets approved by a human, every time. How any organization staffs and runs itself is the decision of its own leaders.
How we handle your information.
- We hold no client credentials; you keep your own keys.
- We will sign a mutual NDA before you share anything confidential, and we put the scope and terms of our work in writing.
- Meetings are recorded only with notice, and you can ask us not to record.
- No AI tool reads your AI Check answers.
